It draws transparent pixel-ruler at top and left edge of your desktop. Also, shows you dragging ruler, templates of usual monitor resolutions,mouse coordinates and draws draging screen lines over your desktop. It is useful for quick measuring of a window, graphics size or position on screen, for web designers when they want simulate different monitor resolutions to preview site.
